Adam Glover has led the kitchen at the Woolpack Inn for many years, slowly evolving its identity. His seasonal menus reflect a love for top-quality British and European ingredients, treated with care and simplicity. Over the years, Adam has grown with the pub, staying true to his ingredient-led approach.
Vegetables, herbs and edible flowers arrive twice weekly from our two-acre kitchen gardens at Lypiatt Park. The menu is concise by design — allowing the quality of each ingredient to speak clearly on the plate.
